Coin design and model for an international competition by the Slovak National Bank
The averse of the coin captures the eagle taking care of their chicks while the other parent is looking for more food. This very visually symbolizes a crucial part of every eagle's life.
The reverse then shows two mature and majestic eagles in the air, with a part of forest standing as their natural habitat. While one bird is flying and carefully observing their surroundings, the other is already hunting it's prey.
